Finally got around to solving a problem that's been bugging for a while
- how to remove the plug from a cube (and other containers with such
a plug) without destroying the plug.
Walked around a big green and red hardware store and found some
T-shaped reinforcing plates as shown below - use some bolts/nylocs
to laminate 4 together, file away some of the edges and presto! we
have a cube plug key. Now the cube can be easily plugged or fitted
with a tap anytime.
