Process started, getting the spreadsheet going and requested quote in full from supplier.

List attached, Im going to try and run this a little different to those in the past due to the size of the participants,

Im going to provide full instruction for the E-Go quotes and will ask that those with postage provide their own quotes and email me the PDF that they supply you with for me to attach. This should save me a number of hours filling out all your details and in fact needing to collect and collate the whole lot of them. 5 minutes from each of us is batter (for me) than the time needed to collate.

Im assuming that I will be able to package and post in small plain satchels and will take a wander this week and get 3 packs of those to add to the list.

I should receive the full quote today (I hope) and will send out the full details by PM when I have.

Hi Yob ^ Would it be just as easy if we or I mail you a paid self addressed express post satchel. I've just weighed a S/S carbonator cap without the stem and it's 75 gram so 100 gram per piece would be a safe bet.

I'll sort out which option will be cheaper, for some folks it'll be the courier as they're getting over 500g by those numbers, whichever is the cheapest will rule the roost I guess which will vary from person to person.. It's a confusing one as it's so variable, I'm open to suggestion

You can combine Snow and my order for postage. My order looks like it'll go over the 500gm parcel anyway so 2 extras in mine should be free to post.

Whatever's easiest for you Yob. My tracked postage comes to $6. Hardly going to break the bank and probably a bit safer given Xmas and most of the posties being hungover in January... h34r:

unless mistaken, I count 19 by post with the rest being pickup. I'll need to talk to the PO to find out what their charges are for satchels.

I dont think sending SSA parcels to me is going to be very effective and may in the end cost more than the courier in most cases. Im conscious of the variable weights, E-go doesnt seem to have a price point difference so will see what the GPO has to say on the matter, certainly for some, if not all, parcel post may work out to be the best middle ground.. if I go Office works satchel they wont be trackable but will be cheaper.

Im guessing folks will want the trackable item, I know I do when I purchase anything.. anyway, I'll get the comparison and move from there, the only thing is (for me) if it goes the way of parcel post, I will need to collect / collate all the postage details... again...
