I have still got some cans of coopers lager (one i will give away as a thank you to a friend)
the other i was thinking of having 1 kit + 1Kg of honey + say 1Kg of light LME?
the third.....?
i had made one (havn't tried it yet) lager + kg of dark malt (dogbolter style)
i have a brew of wheat so i dont want to make a wheat with it.
i have most grains, and DME / LME so give me a idea for a really good lager (as good as it can be for a coopers lager)
P.S no part mash (specialty malt is ok in small amounts as i need to crack by hand, waiting to get mill)

P.S i have calif wyeast, or Munch lager wyeats or london ale, I would like to try the Munch lager yeast as i have just built up a starter
