Hey All

Recently put down a coopers dark Ale ( fermenter for 1 week , still bubbling) , should i dry hop with anything ??

Fuggle,Willamette, or styrian golding would work well.
Hallertau is also a versatile option that could work .

Willamette is a fav of mine for a more stouty taste.

The hydrometer is your new best friend...

Without knowing what fermentables you chucked in with the kit, I would guess any 3 hydrometer readings the same for consecutive days circa 1010 would have you there... Rack to secondary and dry hop to yur heart's content!
