Hi guys, has anyone had the chance to try the thomas coopers australian bitter yet.? i recon its a top drop. i have made 3 in a row now and am ver happy with it. anyway if you have tried it what do you think of it?? let me know, :beerbang:
 
Yeh i have. Just with a can of LME. Was extremely bitter at first, but after 2 months in bottle tastes fantastic! Nice big beery taste. I love it. top drop IMO!
 
Sure is, i put mine on tap and yeah its just great!!! :p
 
Did you just make it with a can of LME?
I think i might try some cascade or amarillo in the next one.

No i buy a pack at the local hbs called a bitter pac, it is 1kg containes malt, poweredcorn syrup, and comes with a little bag of dry hops. and thats all i have used, and im very happy with it. it tastes like xxxx bitter
 
That was one of the first home brew'd beers I ever had, and i thought it was pretty ace back then.

So when i started brewing, I made that the 2nd beer i made (after the one that came in the kit). And yeah... twas a pretty tops drop when i made it too...
