I'll use em as bittering hops in the beer I give to guests

Speaking of hops to micros, appartently we are not the first to import hops to Australia with the company. Appartently they have shipped hops to Australia before. So some-one is buying them and using them. I suspect a micro brewery.

Doing some investigations on this, BUT I have my suspisions.

1) No. Seems like a lot of effort when the list is already up and nearly complete. What is there to gain by redoing the list?

2) I think the list should be open, but only for pragmatic reasons - allowing anonymous orders will end in more confusion. I wasn't involved in the last great hop bulk buy fiasco h34r: , so maybe someone with more experience should comment on this.

3) I think the most painless method would be to copy and paste the current list into a new bulk buy thread, and wait for totals to reach 200kg. Not far now anyway......

4) Direct deposit all the way. This is a LOT more secure than posting money, and can be easily tracked at both ends. Ask people to use their AHB username in the reference field - this has worked smoothly for the bulk buys I've been involved in in the past.

1) No. Seems like a lot of effort when the list is already up and nearly complete. What is there to gain by redoing the list?

2) I think the list should be open, but only for pragmatic reasons - allowing anonymous orders will end in more confusion. I wasn't involved in the last great hop bulk buy fiasco h34r: , so maybe someone with more experience should comment on this.

3) I think the most painless method would be to copy and paste the current list into a new bulk buy thread, and wait for totals to reach 200kg. Not far now anyway......

4) Direct deposit all the way. This is a LOT more secure than posting money, and can be easily tracked at both ends. Ask people to use their AHB username in the reference field - this has worked smoothly for the bulk buys I've been involved in in the past.
