I should add that pools are a little more expensive than some copper tubing - even from Bunnings
 
Just remember; once the boiling wort is in the cube and you've secured the lid, invert it for a minute or so to a. kill bugs and b. keep the liquid inside the cube moving. Also remember that the pool will only cool the surfaces in contact with the water, and that the core will remain warm for a while... agitate from time to time...

Inverting should be unnecessary - it is part of the No-Chill paradigm - which will get him in trouble, because he isn't no-chilling. In this situation he needs to completely forget about heat as a sanitation tool. His sanitation should be coming entirely from a separate sanitation routine, anything that actually comes from the heat is, or should be treated as, entirely incidental. Time spent upside down attempting to sanitise the top of the cube, is time that in order to meet his goals, Mark should have that cube in the pool cooling down.
