You might want to go further into that customs link. I could be wrong (have been before) but i am pretty sure that the $1000 gst limit is including freight and all other costs. It's invoice price.


Just so there's no hurt wallets.

I've been stung by this in the past. Also customs have taken the USD price with freight and applied their own crappy exchange rate.

I guess they will have to talk to the customs chick that emailed me then with what is involved.
If paid in advance of the delivery it is based off the exchange rate that you paid.
However I may have to prove that if it comes down to it.

I'm not sure why you'd want to buy an extra/external hosebarb when you could just order pump TL-B02 that has the barb-fittings included.

Currently, I guess lots of people are now in the same boat. According to the list, 60 odd ordered, 100% TL-B07's

I would be very interested if you can supply the same quality food grade pumps.
There are a lot of Chinese rubbish pumps out there, I guess this is what you are expectantly supplying.
Get a sample first then sell, this is how I do business.

I think your actually a victim of your own success here Nev.

You introduced a great performing pump at a great price point.

People (including myself) have been checking your website and reading on here trying to find the availability of the pump and an approx eta of when they will be available.

Your lack of transparency has resulted in people wanting to source the pump elsewhere to ensure availability and delivery.

I do agree with you about after sales suport etc, and if you had the pumps in stock, im sure a high percentage of this list (including myself) would purchase from you (25-40 pumps) however there is always going to be a percentage that want to take a risk to save money.

This might be a great opportunity for you to provide an update on availability and the ability to order the 24V model.

Just to let everyone know.
I am just waiting on 8 to pay and then I'll order from China.

I should let you know that I've been checking everyones postcodes for the $7 freight.
Looks like I wasn't quite correct about it being the eastern states.
It looks like a lot of people can get it even in WA and Tas.
The deciding factor seems to be if you have a fastway courier in your particular area.

Once I get the satchels and pumps I will start ordering freight and let everyone know what they need.
Good news is it shouldn't cost anyone very much as we have got a few orders since the $20.25 was set.
Assuming we don't have anyone pull out now that is..

Current price working on todays exchange rates though is more like $18.25 per pump..
