Want to make my first brown ale this week.
I got a couple of caramalt/amber morgan's cans(2) 500g of Ddme and 50g of fuggles. I was thinking that fuggles would good for later addition as the aa is quite low (5?).
So i went looking another hop for bittering.
Im looking at challenger, just wanted to ask what ppl thought of the hops combo and these cans? I wanted the choc and amber cans but the LHBS said they dont make them anymore.
Will i need any additional grain for real character?
