I think your lego wall failed there adriane haha

I see the problems with that wall though.

1. there is no reo from the footings going right the way threw the hollow in the bricks
2. the bricks are not core filled
3. there is no gravel behind the wall to let the water drain
4. there is no ag pipe again to drain the water

so you got a dam and a structure that is lucky to hold the dirt without having the extra water in there
