a'noon all, Ive not been at all good at keeping records, in fact not until a few weeks ago did I even have what could be called 'a loose collection of paper' ;)
This, Im pleased to say has been corrected, I have a flash new folder, dividers, and all that sort of stuff..

Ive now got a goodly collection of freshly printed recipes, sanitation topics etc. etc. Most pleasing,

...this got me to thinking that Ive not kept any records of what Ive been brewing, temps, yeast experiments and such, so I decided to create a Brew tracker to chart what my brews were doing, how long to krausen, temps etc. etc. So that when I make a winner I can follow what I did.

I dont know if anyone else has done similar but I thought Id share the doc with you all,I have done this in a spreadsheet but as Im by no means an exel master it is a pretty "dumb" document, just used to print off and mark up.

Its pretty crap still.. but good enough for what I want it to do... enjoy :)
