Happy Australia Day guys!
I've been off the brewing scene for a while and am making a return with a new plastic water drum from Bunnings and a few bits and pieces I've had stored away in the shed.
In the past I've done BIAB style AG and extract but have kept the bulk of things simple with kits & bits.
I've just put down a Coopers Aussie Pale kit with BE2 and about 300g extra white sugar for a tad more kick, all brewed to about 20L with the stock kit yeast, cold conditioned in the fermenter for four days and then bottled in 375's. We'll see how she goes but a quick taste out of the fermenter was pretty promising.
Good to be back and see the sites still kicking along well!
