Looks fine Lobsta, very much along the lines of SNPA clones... just a little lower on hops.

yeah, i thought that the lower hops might be better for all those wussy mates of mine that i am trying to convince that HB tastes good.

EDIT: just remembered that i have half a kg of DME in the cupboard. since ross only sells in kg lots for dme, should i up it to 3.5 or down it to 2.5... hmm, decisions decisions... 3.5 gives 1.063 OG and 35.1 IBU, 2.5 gives 1.046 and 39.2 IBU

im leaning towards 2.5kg

in the absence of any suggestions, i have decided to go with the stronger and less hoppy one. mainly coz i already have a more hoppy beer, so why not go with one to blow my socks off.

Yeah, good call.
Bear in mind with all that DME and crystal it should be fairly dextrinous - you probably won't get great attenuation but lots of body in this one.

I'm guessin' your final gravity will be around 1.017 (just a hunch).
