Best Stainless Air Stone

Evening,
I've had some problems getting my FG down, so I am going to try aerating my wort. I have access to bottled O2 and tubing and I am able to get a regulator from Ebay.

What size stone is best for aerating my wort, 0.05 or 2 micron? It will probably be a while before I get into kegging, so won't be using it for that.

These guys (and me) use a .5 micron.

0.5 micron (not 0.05) for O2 and 2 micron for air.
