I'm selling my bar and all brewing gear.
Bar has 5 taps, 9 beer kegs and 1 line cleaner keg. So 95L on tap with 76L in reserve. Everything is in excellent working order. Brewery will come in pieces so you can make your own but I'm happy to explain how I had it working.
Bar
300L chest freezer on heavy duty casters
Stone bench top
Electric actuator to lift it
Inkbird
SS font
SS drip tray
5 x intertap flow control taps
Font fan
10 ball lock kegs - all but 1 holds pressure but I use that one for line cleaner
10 x liquid and gas CMB disconnects
1 x 6 way and 1 x 5 way gas manifold
Small desk fan
Dehumidifier
2.6kg gas bottle
2 x Harris regulators. One the knob will screw off but still works 100%
5 x comfy bar stools.
Brewery (Built, disassembled, half rebuilt)
20L Crown Urn concealed element - sparge
40L Crown Urn concealed element - mash
2 x STC1000 with SS high temp probe
STC for mash has Amp meter and voltage regulator attached to fine tune your rolling boil
35W wort pump
Biab bag
Perfectly sized SS pizza tray for false bottom
1m SS helix
Lots of bits and pieces:-
1 and 2 way ball valves
Lengths of silicon hose
T pieces, 4 way pieces, elbows, barbs etc. Enough to make a brewery your way plus leftover.
All this worked great. Had some good times sitting around with my mates and brewing. I had a cheap Chinese Urn for the mash tun which eventually rusted out. Got the 40L Crown Urn but never got to put it back together.
The bar is awesome. The electric actuator is a crowd pleaser. All 10 kegs can sit in the freezer on gas. Only thing I never worked out is different serving pressures but with 2 regulators and a bit of replumbing it might be done. The front and sides are spray painted by my kids. I was going to cover them with corro or pallet wood but didn't get there.
There are lots of odds and ends that need to go too:-
Brew fridge with STC1000 wired for got and cold
Heat mat, heat belt
Magnetic stirrer with stir bars
2 bags of grain, hops & yeast for your first 2 test-run brews (lager & kolsch)
Bag of sodium perc
Whirfloc tabs
Anti-diacetyl enzyme
Probably a few other bits I can't remember
90% of this stuff I've gotten from Cheeky Peak.
My circumstances have changed so all this needs to go. I can't take it with me. I'm chasing $2500 for the lot and will consider offers. I'm located in Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter Valley, NSW.
Please contact me/post for offers, questions, pics (haven't worked out how to post pics yet).
