I finally got round to cleaning out my cellar over the long weekend
and was suprised to find a two year old slab of coopers vintage.
I also found a dozen stout, and a dozen Ale tallies, that I don't know when I brewed, or what recipes I used.
I totally forgot I had any beer in the cellar, I think I put it their when I had the kitchen rebuilt about two years ago.
the coopers vintage is great, but I think it has reached it's prime so I will reluctantly have to drink it
the stout is good, I haven't tried the ale yet.
