After six batches, testing my system, its a good feeling when it all comes together.I love it when a plan comes together...
WJ
nothing went wrong.
Yes I guess there is still fermentation, cold conditioning, bottling and bottle conditioning to go, still plenty of time for a disasterI would be very concerned.
You are really tempting fate there Phillip! :beerbang: :lol:Ha I laugh at you all that have had troubled brew days! Ha, I have never had a problem...never with a stuck mash, incorrect numbers, never added a kilo too much malt...never a later than planned hop addition, never EVEN a boil over! HA!
I especially laugh at those that have left a fermenter tap open...
nahh... I've seen him brew.He could be a kit n kilo brewer mate. No boiling, no hops addition, no mashing/whatever. Can't beat him
Yes I read your comments, Ive had six in a row but if its any consolation the beer always turns out, not perfect, but perfectly acceptable.Good to hear the latest adjustments on the Rig worked well mate.
(I had a polar opposite brew day today!)
not perfect, but perfectly acceptable.
