Hi Guys

Should I be saving the WLP320 that has made its way into the starsan filled jug? :unsure:

I've heard it's a true top cropping yeast? :unsure:

What would the viability of this yeast be as opposed to the yeast down the bottom of the fermenter? :unsure:

It'll be pretty unhappy or dead sitting there in all that starsan.

The best yeast is the stuff at the top in high krausen.
