Great episode and made the Stout Porter recipe from it last weekend for St Pats - can't wait for March 17!!!

I think Tony use to have a system in place. Actually I'm sure he did.

Alas it's changed recently to more of a northern brewer advertising segment, these 3 guys have moved on, all the old episodes are great, New ones, not so much.

I found the Brewing TV channel just after Dawson, Keeler and Chip left. There are about 70ish good episodes to watch, and as angus says above, chip has his own show now. The other 2 have blogs:
http://thebeerengineblog.com/ and http://20acrecarcass.com . Dawson's beer engine blog is full of good beer info, but the other one is more about drawing and other life stuff (occasionally some beer).
