Hi All,

Just devised a new recipe and was just wondering what people thought.
It is supposed to be an Australian Session IPA and should finish at around 44 IBU.
I used BIAB for anyone interested. Anyway here is the recipe.
Would love to hear people's opinions.

This is for a 45 L Batch

9.7kg Barret Burston Pale Malt
.3kg Gladfield Medium Crystal

20g Pride of Ringwood 60min

30g Topaz 15min
30g Summer 15min

30g Topaz Whirlpool
30g Summer Whirlpool

45g Summer Dry hop
45g Topaz Dry hop
50g Vic Secret Dry hop

Yeast S05

Cheers

Sounds tasty to me! That's all I've got to offer.

Sounds good! I reckon POR is underrated. I'd consider using a tastier, less attenuative yeast like k97 to keep some body and esters in but that's me.
