+1 well said, the 2 beers discussed were made to be drinkable balanced examples of there respective styles, not hop bombs.

    RecipeDB - AUSSIE AMBER ALE

Glad you liked the recipe mate, seems to go good with the american yeasts aswell, recently made this with wyeast1272 and i think i like it better then the coopers version, really allows the hops to come through

    Knappstein Larger

what a coincidence i brought a 4 pack of this for the first time yesterday so i could drink while watching the footy, and i bloody loved it, it is a really nice well made beer and not overly fruity, was about to do a search for a clone recipe, anyway my 4pack only cost me $14 so cheering :D

    Commercial Examples A Particular Hop

emerson's pilsner was all Riwaka but i think they also add some nelson sauvin in there now, it is the no. 1 rated pilsner on ratebeer and it was the riwaka that got them there, shame they went for the higher AA sauvin to save on costs.

Looking For A Stout Extract Recipe

another +1 on the toucan coopers dark ale + coopers stout i also added 500g golden syrup and fermented with S-04, best kit beer i made, better then any extract stout attempt for that matter too and almost neck and neck with the AG oatmeal stout/coffee FES that i have made.
