Gents, (and I use the term loosely) :p

I am about to embark on my second all grain recipe with my trusted brewing partner shonky and I wish to solicit your feedback.

For a little context: although an APA is generally pretty ballsy, we are brewing for a fairly wide audience (my 40th - ahem) and so trying to keep a lid on it so to speak. At the same time, gone for a few grains (and same with the hops) to get some depth and breadth of flavour and bitterness.

Over to y'all for comments please.

Thanks,
prawnstar and shonky

Looks alright to me, fairly well hopped for keeping a lid on it though.

[edit] d'oh, it's a 44 litre batch. looks great in that case.

Looks good to me, have a great partry
Please let us know how it turns out.

Yep,

looks the goods to me also :super: go for it...

cheers Ross

Looks good. Rock and roll!

That's a fair breadth of malt origins you're using! - Australia, Germany, UK, France. No American malts for the American Pale Ale? :)
