Gents, (and I use the term loosely)
I am about to embark on my second all grain recipe with my trusted brewing partner shonky and I wish to solicit your feedback.
For a little context: although an APA is generally pretty ballsy, we are brewing for a fairly wide audience (my 40th - ahem) and so trying to keep a lid on it so to speak. At the same time, gone for a few grains (and same with the hops) to get some depth and breadth of flavour and bitterness.
