My basic 3 ring burner isn't performing well enough for double batches.
I'd like to step up to a jet burner of some sort.
Mongolian; NASA; spiral; banjo; whatever else is there.
I don't know much about any of them. I'm just after something that can get to a boil fairly quickly.
Cheers,

Have a Mongolian burner with the high pressure regulator. It is like running a jet engine, boils full batches of 70+ litres no problem. But the blackening is still an issue on the boil kettle. Also the jets are a bit skewed and the flames will lick over the sides of the base making getting too near the burner a tad unsafe.
