What sort of recipe are we looking at here?
Wheat wines seem to be a very free-form style.
It probably follows an American barley wine style fairly closely but when I brew it again in a couple of months Ill drop the IBUs back to 50 and
maybe increase the late addition hops by 50%. The next lot will be a 20L batch and half aged on some American oak from a wheat whiskey :icon_cheers:
