I've done 4 brews so far

1st: K&K
2nd: K & Bits
3rd: All Extract
4th: Apple and Pear cider from fruit I grew and juiced myself

So I don't normally do anything yet. My goal at the moment is to be a BIAB brewer before too long.

Yeah, full extract should definitely be an option. I did heaps of those before I moved to partials and then AG.

My current system is 2 x 19L BigW pots. Mash in one. Dunk sparge in the other. Mix them together and then separate into the 2 pots again becuase my weak-ass stove can't boil more than 10L on a single element. Not an ideal system but the results are mighty tasty.
