What do I get first?

Hey all... I have found myself debating on what I should be buying next.

My options are -

DIY Stir plate kit, flask. This way I can start using liquid yeast as I want to get away from dry yeast for awhile and experiment.

OR

Parts to complete my HERMS control box. I'm currently using STCs which is still producing great beer but would be so much easier to have my pumps and PIDS all in the one spot.

What would you do?

Personally I'd go for the control box option

I was using an stc to control my temp for a while & now (using Matho's controller) brew days are SO much easier.

Check out the DIY stir plate thread for a ghetto cheap version & have the best of both worlds
