Secnd cab off the rank, American Brown ale with a twist, Bacon & Pancakes Brown.
Its got some rauch malt to add some smokiness and maple syrup... mmm pancakes. I think i need more rauch malt, I can't smell any smokiness in the tun. Anyone have any idea if the smoke aroma will come out during fermentation? i think ive made a dud recipe! Probably should have stuck with the 20% i originally had down
knowing my luck it will end up superb minus the smokiness
