Going to put this one down soon as a american brown ale type of beer.


Morgans Iron Bark Dark Ale can
Coopers Light malt can
500g Light Dry malt
200g medium crystal.... 30 min steep
15g Willamette.... 10 min boil
15g Fuggles..... 10 min boil
so4 yeast

23 litres, with a 4L boil.
Looks spot on on Ians Spreadsheet.

Going to store this one for a while , maybe 6 months or so.

What's your IBU? My first thought is it might be too sweet in a 4L boil

Should be fine. The kit will have 'in-built- IBUs. You could add the hops earlier in the boil to bump it up if you wanted to.

Swap the fuggles out for double williamette dose and go US-05 instead s-04.
Your IBU's will be fine.
Store for 3 months and get into it.
