Take your fave IPA recipe and put all the hops in at 60, so it burns your tongue. Voila!

FTFY

Yeast selection... massive late hops and not large on the xtals and you are getting close,

somthing like this for a No Chill Recipe.

4kg Pale
2kg Wheat
2kg Munich
200g Acidulated

German Magnum to 20IBU at 40 min
75g Simcoe or Centennial in the cube
75g Citra or Mosaic in the cube

Ferment with 1217 / 1272 / 1056 / WLP001 / Greenbelt ( ;))

Keg hop with 25g of each of the cube hops

BOOM!! :icon_drool2:

I really liked green flash IPA. Lovely beer. Had a few, then noticed they ( beer deluxe in Melbourne ) had green flash westcoast IPA. I figured that it must be good. Jesus Christ I had a sip and lost all feeling in my tongue, was nothing but bitterness haha.

Sounds similiar to what I just brewed Yob.

3.2kg Maris Otter
3.2kg Pale malt

70g Amarillo - Cube
70g Simcoe - Cube

40g Amarillo - Dryhop
40g Simcoe - Dryhop

Looking forward to tapping this. Next time may try the munich with a higher OG to allow for more hops.
So where can I get this greenbelt yeast then? I'm intrigued.

Cheers

Briess 2-Row as a base.
Dash of crystal.
Dash of CaraPils.

Mash low, 64-ish.

Lots of fresh, fruity hops; particularly late. But enough bitterness to just override the alcohol.

Ferment with WLP090 for transparent yeast character, high attenuation and brilliant clarity.

Sounds good Spiesy.
Another yeast I've never heard of! Keen to try...
Are you looking to stock this one any time soon?

We aim to always have 'San Diego' in stock, but it sold out super-quick this month.

More later in the month, mate.
