VIC Newcomer to homebrewing

HI all,

Just bought a Robobrew and beginning the adventure of home brewing.

Never home brewed before, although have brewed and run breweries in Scotland and Australia.

Loving it all so far, and only a couple of batches in.

I just hope Brian never worked for Belhaven and having anything to do with naming Twisted Thistle an American IPA. Though I do enjoy the alcohol content.

I have worked for BrewDog guys, and currently running Kooinda in Melbourne.

Belhaven make decent beer, just not that particular one, and the importer has a lot to answer for with condition of the imports and the way they disregard good logisitcs to ensure quality.
