Hi guys.

Am I in trouble with this? Glad wrap still tight but looks like it's hanging on for dear life. If it pops what do I do?

Bacchus FWK oatmeal stout made to 28 litres with notto. Pitched at 22 then dropped to 17.5.

Was very busy this morning and forgot to change ice bottle so temp got to 22. On its way back down to 18 now.

Done it a few times without any bother.
 
If it pops put a new one on?

Relax, it's not the end of the world.

If you're uncomfortable about it, remove it, put a new one on with extra rubber bands.
 
At least there is no doubt that fermentation has started.
