There's a Red Bottlo on Pitt St across from World Sq that usually have a fair selection, & the Macquarie Hotel Bottleshop is a good one too.

Corner of Ultimo Rd and a road which I can't remember, it's opposite the entry to Paddy's Market, basically the south east entrance of the markets, across the road from there.
