How much does hop trub from the bottom of the keggle affect the OG reading?

Ie, I just filled a glass with the last bit of liquid from the bottom of the keggle which is full of hop shit. Should I use it to take my OG? Or just save a bit from the cube when I put it in the fermenter?

No tap on the cube so makes it hard pouring it to take a sample!

Why don't you just decant a little from your fermenter once you empty the cube into it, prior to pitching?

Yeah that's what I normally do but the last couple times I forgot and took it after I added the yeast so if it's low (last one was very low) I didn't really want to bump it up with some DME and hurt the yeast...

Hopefully today with a lower mash temp and more grain I'll hit target OG but just not sure..
