ok went ahead and made this last night. my fourth 3 monts inspired beer... couldnt get brewers gold so just decided to use the whole packet of tetts for bittering which added up to 26IBU as they were a piddling 2.1% AA. hope the other 97.9% is nice flavour. also wanted to use dingemans pils but the only pilsener malt i could get was weyermann bopils.... what is the world coming to....

5.5kg weyermann bopils
100g acidulated
300g sugar

58C 30' 68C 60' (couldnt be bothered decocting)
boiled down first 5L of runnings very hard to 1L

80g tettnang (2.1%) 70'
20g tettnang 15'

18L, OG 1079, IBU 26

pitched on a nice happy cake of 1007 - hoping for spice from hops rather than from esters - fermenting at 14C
