I normally do a double brew day because it works out heaps less time overall than doing single brew days. Today I made it to three brews.

Mashed in first brew at 10am, all finished and packed up at 5:30pm. I thought that was pretty good going. Feeling pretty good about it right now, relatively problem free brew day.

Well done. You should chill now.
Give us some details later. I'm only guessing your good on time management to pull that off. No Chill? I did one today out of the norm and found myself with time to waste haha. Its time management.

Thanks. Yes, 2 were no chill (Lambic and Flanders Red) and 1 cooled through plate chiller (Am Pale Ale).

I did the two sours as 60m mash / 60m boil... no crazy things like turbid mash.
