After seeing the thread about the NSW state comp, I want to put a few entries in
Problem is the only beers i have available are in kegs.

I can transfer the beer to bottles and seal, but whenever I do the beer seems to taste a little flat when i open it.
I have seen the threads on counter pressure fillers, filling into cold bottles with low pressure etc. For me my best chance is to carefully fill into a cold bottle.

What would be the best way to transfer beer for competition, so I don't submit, flat, oxygenated beer?

Should I add a tiny amount of sugar and yeast to the bottles to add a touch more carbonation, to make up for what is lost i transfer.

Any ideas?
