I just put my first extract down. It's an APA with some of my favorite hops.

23L

2.5kg LME
0.5kg WDME
0.4kg Dextrose
0.2kg Crystal steeped

30min boil:
30m: 20g Centennial
15m: 10g Centennial + 10g Amarillo
10m: 15g Amarillo + 15g Simcoe
0m: 20g Amarillo + 20g Simcoe

Pitched US05 at 19C.

OG: 1.052
IBU: 40 (ish)

Should I dry hop some more Amarillo and/or Simcoe on day 5 or will that be enough?? I also have some Cascade.

Cheers!!

totally up to you shacked, if your aiming for more aroma then give it a try otherwise just roll with what you have

Plenty of flavour and aroma in your late hopping IMO........... I'd try what you've done as is. Dry hoping will make a great beer better but at some point it becomes a serious case of diminishing returns.
