Thermostat Settings

What have people found the best thermostat settings are to keep temperature relatively constant in a chest freezer being used as a kegerator or to house a fermenter?

My unit has function controls such as low/high temp limit, temp hysterisis, cooling delay time etc. Just wondering what people have found works best.

Why don't you set it at 4c and put a keg in there and see what temp the beer is when you pour it. That's going to give you a pretty good idea on what setting to put it at.
