I'd done a big search on AHB late tues night to find a good one. I thought you had linked to it because you got yours from Jaycar too.

It has a 1m wire with probe on the end and easy read big display.
Seemed to work fine, although i havent started partial mashing yet, yesterday i did a 1kg 'mash' (?) of grain to add to a grumpys masterbrew to see difference..
