Tofu puffs have an interesting texture. Quite chewy but suprisingly nice. How do I know?... Having laksa lemak right now for lunch at laksame! Yum yum yum. Will post. Piccy later.
Edit now should I go have a nice refreshing ale at mrs parmas?!

all gone too quickly. also smashed a kooi down before heading back to work. all up. F'n top little 30min lunch break



sorry 4*. very quick decision made on spur of moment.
8/10 i recon. good amount of noodles, prawns and calamari (even incl 1/2 boiled egg KT). cant beleive im going to say this...not enough tofu puffs :blink: good hearty broth with a good level of spice. good have been hotter but in saying that, it was a great level of spice.

Tofu has its place, people always look at for vego's only but thats not the case.

You can buy tofu puffs which is called tofu pok in most asian supermarkets in the fridge section. Try it in a mussaman its fantastic. Thats how I go Lloydie onto tofu!

Used duci stu's receipe as a starting point fir laksa tonight. Will post pics. Very nice. Had to add harrissa paste to my bowl cause the majority had to be not too hit fir the kids and missus. Very satisfying. Good comfort food
