The fellas from All Things Homebrew have let me know they have a bunch of white labs yeast that has just gone past its best before date. According to White Labs they will still be good for up to 12 months they just recommend to do a starter with them 1st to make sure you have a health population. If you want any add your name next to what you want on the list. They said they will do them for us for $5 each and you can get them at the same time as your grain.
