Swmbo?

Sorry to be a noob, and yes, I have UTFSE (Used the f*****g search engine) but for the life of me I can't figure out what SWMBO stands for.
I presume it is a derogatory name for my wife, same as "handbrake" in car circles, and RSCW (rear seat counter weight) in motorcycling terms.
Any help?
