I attended my first SWAP (freakin Loved it, thanks to all involved) in Vic recently and it's been sticking in my mind that it's a bit silly to be bringing 24 bottles and taking one of your own home.. yes I could have brought only 23 and indeed Im glad I still have one.. but

How about a random number drawn from a hat or whatever gets the 24 bottle?

Been tried before?

Stoopid idea?
