Hey mate,

Coopers have a few good ones on their site that are always winners and pretty simple to brew. Their best extra stout recipe is the following:

Size: 20L %Alc 6.8%
1 x Coopers Stout
1.5kg Dark Liquid Malt Extract
0.5kg Dextrose
Kit or Recultured Coopers Yeast

Although if you like really stouty stouts and keen to steep some grains:

Size 23L
SG: 1.058 %Alc: 6
FG: 1.015 IBU: 38.5

1x Coopers Stout
2kg Light Dried Malt
200g Roasted Barley
150g Choc Malt
100g Dark Crystal
Nottingham Yeast

Just avoid it getting hot >20 and it should turn out pretty well

Hey matey, I had a good result using the Mangrove Jack Roasted Stout pouch made up to a 21 litre brew with 1kg Light malt extract and 250g maltodextrin.
A nice beer with assertive favours and a smooth finish.
