Hi all, I was just wondering what is the best way to store a brew after fermentation before carbonating. (kegs) Has anyone tried kegging as normal, burping and just leaving out of the fridge, if so, for how long. I can only fit 2 kegs in the fridge but I would like to have one ready to carb at any time. :D :D :D

Thanks in advance. :D

I have left kegs out to condition without being carbonated. The only precaution I took was to give them a good hit of high pressure to ensure that the main seal around the lid is nicely seated.

When some fridge space becomes available, they go in and get hooked up to the gas lines. In about 2 weeks at serving pressure they are carbonated and ready to go.

The only beers that I don't do this on are my lagers, which go straight from the fermenter to kegs in the fridge to lager for as long as I can leave them (usually around a month of two :D )
