Ss 1/2" Lock Nuts

Has anyone seen in there travels any SS 1/2" BSP lock nuts?

Todate I have been told that these do not exist. <_<

I would be grateful for any advice / suggestions

cut a coupling in half and you have two nuts easy and cheap
