Hi All,
Going to run my 3v all grain electric setup for the first time in the next few days and was looking at running a SMaSH and splitting into two before the boil.
What are peoples thoughts on the following:
6.75kg Marris Otter
80% eff (thereabouts: going to dial in and run some numbers on the new rig)
Split sweet wort before boil, approx 17l per boil.
Hop each one at 90 degrees just before boil
Batch One: 40g Cascade 6.2% and then 10g Cascade 6.2% @ 10mins
Batch Two: 40g Williamette 6.9% and then 10g Williamette 6.2% @ 10mins
11l into each fermenter and into a ferm fridge

Doing the SMaSH to help dial in new system with numbers and also to start to compare ingredients as to what each offers.
Ferment with about 5g each of Mangrove Jacks M44 US West Coast yeast @ 18.

Any thoughts and advice?

*Edit: will be a 60min boil.
