Thoughts on my Mountian Goat Back to the Brewer inspried recipe please?


Boil Time: 60 min

Batch Size: 21 liters (fermentor volume)
OG 1.071
IBU 41.42

Fermentables
5.5 kg - German - Pilsner - 75.9%
1.75 kg - German - Wheat Malt - 24.1%

Hops
5g - Citra 60mins
15g - Citria 10min
20g - Cascade 5 min
80g - Cascade Wirlpool @80deg
100g - Galaxy 14 days
50g - Galaxy 21 days

Mash Guidelines
35.3L - Single Infusion - 65C - 90 min

0.5 each - Whirflock - 15 min
10g - Yeast Nutrient- -15 min

Yeast
White Labs - San Francisco Lager Yeast WLP810

Fermentation Temp: 18 °C
 
sounds good to me. Im thinking about having a crack at it myself. I have all the ingredients.Since is supposed to be a hazey NEIPA inspired beer id be skipping the whirlflock. Stass on Youtube does a brew with Dermott from beer Co (Pulped Fiction clone) and they interveiw the brewer of this beer and talk about it a bit. There might be some insights there. I cant remember atm.
