Have been putting off making your all amirillo version of the golden stuff, till this weekend amid the pouring rain, discovered I had all I needed. Brew day went perfectly on saturday and filled the fermenter with 25 litres of lovely 1046 wort. Pitched at 17.5 with US05 and thought nothing more of it.Opened the fridge after work today and all I could smell was rotten corn. Took a sample and tasted- Guess I got my first infection after 4 years of brewing! DAMN. Will have another crack this weekend with a new fermenter.
