I am in the midst of setting up a keg system. I have bought nearly everything required. The problem I have is that I am hosting a keg-warming party next Wednesday night, and most of the eqiupment is in transit and will arrive in time to set up EXCEPT the co2 regulator! I bought the $75 Micromatic off eBay and the vendor is not shipping until Friday or Monday and hence may not arrive in time to my mancave in Newcastle.
Can someone throw out some suggestions around how to get around this potential problem? I'm thinking one of those little party regulators might be a suitable alternative but I don't know anything about them and don't want to spend $$ for a one night solution.
I'm confident of getting the relevant keg carbed this week, but how can I serve the beer on the night?
